Updated: 15 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-15

This page explains how Selected4You uses information received through selected4you.fr and selected4you.com to respond to businesses and support talent with recruitment and freelance projects.

Who is responsible for your data?

SELECTED 4 YOU SAS — RCS Paris 917 893 356
128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France.

For questions or requests about your data: Raphaël Buis, raphael.buis@selected4you.fr.

What information do we collect?

The forms collect your name, email, company or occupation, requirements and message. Talent enquiries require a PDF CV. A phone number is optional. Without the required information, we cannot process your enquiry through the form; you can also email us directly.

Please limit your CV and message to information relevant to your professional project. Do not include identity documents, bank details or health information. The receipt date, language, notice version and consent choices are included with your enquiry.

Why do we use your data?

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Who can receive your information?

Your enquiry is sent to Raphaël Buis, who directs it to the relevant talent agent. Information needed to support you is managed in our email system, internal network, Microsoft SharePoint and Tool4staffing. OVHcloud hosts the website and handles form email delivery. Microsoft provides email and SharePoint; Tool4staffing provides our recruitment tool.

Authorised talent agents access the information needed to support you. Our partner in Canada does not have access to CVs. Client companies may receive your CV and relevant career information for opportunities matching your project, based on your consent. You can give this consent using the optional form checkbox. If you leave it unchecked, we must obtain separate consent before sharing; this does not prevent you from contacting us.

Microsoft’s data protection terms provide mechanisms for international transfers, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Using cloud services does not mean all technical operations take place exclusively in France. Contact us for details of processing locations and a copy of the safeguards applicable to your data. Microsoft safeguards.

CVs are not published on the website. LinkedIn links open a third-party website with its own privacy policy.

How long do we keep your data?

The form’s abuse protection only considers events from the preceding hour; older events are removed on the next valid request.

These periods apply to working copies, including email, the internal network, SharePoint and Tool4staffing. The email recording your consent choices is retained while the processing it supports continues.

What are your rights?

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the other processing described here.

Email raphael.buis@selected4you.fr with your request. We normally respond within one month; if its complexity requires an extension, we inform you within that period.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, or the competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first.
